Postgame Quotes

  • "We fought. It was competitive. It was a possession game – all the way through. The largest lead was seven – not a lot. They were tough. We were tough throughout. They made a tough basket at the end to win it. We made a tough one to go up one, but they made a tough one on the other end to win it. A hard one to lose, and a great one to win if you're in their locker room. I really liked the fight in our guys." – Tommy Amaker, The Thomas G. Stemberg '71 Family Endowed Coach for Harvard Men's Basketball
  • "Robert did not play well in the last game. He was in foul trouble and had a tough shooting day, so he responded. It's a shame that we can't celebrate a win with that kind of performance out of him. He was outstanding this afternoon. I thought that could have been the game-winning basket if we got the stop at the other end, but it wasn't. Hopefully we can get consistency from Robert." – Coach Amaker
