CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women's tennis will begin its quest for another Ivy League championship as it starts its 2026 dual season on January 23, the team announced today. Harvard will play nine of its 22 dual matches in Cambridge, Mass. this spring.
"We know we're coming off an Ivy League championship, but this is a brand-new season and a fresh opportunity for our program," said
Traci Green, the Sheila Kelly Palandjian Head Coach for Harvard Women's Tennis.
"Our young team is dialed in and eager to put our best foot forward. We'll face a wide range of opponents, including several nationally ranked teams, and I am excited to see how we weather each challenge together. There's great energy within this group, and we're looking forward to building on our fall momentum as we head into the spring season."
The Crimson will open its season with a three-match homestand beginning against Niagara and then a pair of crosstown foes in Boston University (Jan. 25) and Boston College (Jan. 27). Harvard will then head to the Midwest for a pair of contests against Wisconsin (Jan. 30) and UW-Milwaukee (Feb. 1).

Following ECACs, the Crimson will welcome Big 12 powerhouse Baylor to Cambridge on February 15 at 11:30 a.m. ET. After its clash with the Bears, Harvard quickly returns to the road to battle Southeast Missouri State (Feb. 21) and Memphis (Feb. 22) in Tennessee.
The Crimson will play its final two non-conference home contests after Tennessee as it hosts Quinnipiac (Feb. 28) and UMass (Mar. 7). Harvard will officially close non-conference action as it heads to warmer weather for its spring break trip to take on Florida Gulf Coast (Mar. 19) and Florida Atlantic (Mar. 21).
Harvard will then begin its title defense on March 29 at Dartmouth. The Crimson will also face Princeton (Apr. 4), Penn (Apr. 5), and Yale (Apr. 12) on the road and host Brown (Apr. 10), Columbia (Apr. 18), and Cornell (Apr. 19) on its home courts.
