George Cooper tallied three hits, but Harvard University baseball fell to Northeastern University, 5-0, in the series opener on Friday afternoon at Friedman Diamond.
Playing in its first game in New England this season, the Crimson (0-10) remained within 1-0 through four innings before the Huskies (9-6) plated four runs in the bottom of the fifth to gain separation in their home opener.
