Peter Levin hit his first career home run, but Harvard University baseball fell in a doubleheader to No. 7 Florida, 7-0 and 22-6, on Saturday afternoon in a doubleheader at Condron Family Ballpark.

Closing a stretch of eight straight games against Power Four conference opponents, the Crimson (0-9) pulled within 7-5 in the series finale before the host Gators (15-2) gained separation in the day's second game following a shutout in the day's opener.

In game two, Levin hit his first collegiate homer with a blast to left field, sophomore
Jack Rickheim hit an RBI triple into the right center gap, and first-year
Liam Wilson hit a two-run double into left field. Senior
William Lybrook went 2-for-4 in the game as the Crimson tallied nine hits.

Due to expected inclement weather on Sunday, the two teams revised the series to become two seven-inning games on Saturday. Saturday's contests were delayed slightly due to weather conditions.

- Harvard took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first as Wilson sent a two-run double into left field.
- Florida pulled ahead 3-2 with three runs in the bottom of the first and took a 7-2 lead with four runs in the last of the third.
- The Crimson responded with three runs in the top of the fourth to pull within 7-5. Rickheim brought in the frame's first run with an RBI triple into the right center gap before Cooper brought in a run with an RBI single to right field. Shulman closed the stanza's scoring with a sacrifice fly to center field to plate Giberti.
- The Gators then scored five runs in the fourth and four runs in the fifth to move ahead 16-5.
- Levin blasted a solo home run out to left field – his first career homer – to make the difference 16-6 in the top of the sixth.
- The hosts scored six times in the bottom of the sixth for the final margin.Â
