PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Senior
Sawyer Feller totaled eight RBIs between the two games, and the Crimson totaled 22 runs and 25 hits on the day as Harvard University baseball topped Brown University in both games of an Ivy League doubleheader, 12-5 and 10-5, on Sunday afternoon at Attanasio Family Field at Murray Stadium, completing a series sweep.
Closing out its final Ivy League road series of the regular season, the Crimson (11-22, 8-9 Ivy) took leads of 10-2 in game one and 8-0 in game two to capture all three games of the series after topping the Bears (9-26, 5-13 Ivy) in the series opener, 7-4, in 10 innings on Friday.
Harvard improved to 7-1 in its last eight games with the pair of victories and recorded its second straight Ivy series win in as many weekends. Harvard moved into fourth place in the Ivy League standings with the results.
Over the course of the doubleheader, Harvard totaled 22 runs and 25 hits, posting double-figure runs and hits in both games. The Crimson has posted double-digit runs in three of its last four games and registered double-figure hits in seven straight contests.
In game one, junior right-hander
Gio Colasante tallied a career-high seven strikeouts as a pitcher alongside a two-run double as a hitter while five Crimson student-athletes posted multiple hits in the game, including senior

Truman Pauley threw 5.0 innings in the start and win, allowing three runs – all earned – on two hits and five walks with 10 strikeouts.

Sawyer Feller hit his second home run of the season, and the Crimson tallied double-figure hits for the sixth straight game as Harvard beat Brown, 12-5, in game one of the day and game two of the series.
With the score tied at 2-2 through two innings, the Crimson scored the game's next eight runs to pull ahead 10-2 in the top of the seventh on its way to its second straight win over the Bears after winning Friday's series opener, 7-4, in 10 innings.
Colasante tossed 6.0 innings in the start and win, allowing two runs – both earned – on four hits and two walks with a career-high seven strikeouts. At the plate, he added a two-run double.

- Brown took a 1-0 lead on an infield single in the bottom of the first.
- Harvard responded in the top of the second as Feller blasted a two-run home run to left center field to put the Crimson up 2-1.
- The Bears knotted the score at 2-2 in the bottom of the second with an RBI triple.
- The Crimson pulled back in front in the top of the fourth as Mooney lifted a sacrifice fly to center field to give the visitors a 3-2 edge.
- Harvard extended its advantage to 6-2 with three runs in the top of the fifth. Lybrook started the scoring with an RBI single up the middle, Kang brought in a run when he was hit by a pitch, and Feller capped the frame's scoring with an RBI on a groundout.
- In the top of the sixth, Colasante laced a two-run double down the right field line to push the Crimson's lead to 8-2.
- The Crimson moved ahead 10-2 in the top of the seventh as Rickheim sent a sacrifice fly to right field and Feller came home on a wild pitch.

How It Happened
- Harvard opened the scoring with four runs in the top of the second. Colasante started the frame with a solo homer before Feller worked a walk to bring in another run. Rickheim capped the stanza's scoring with a two-run single to center field.
- The Crimson extended its lead to 8-0 in the top of the fifth. Cooper sent an RBI double to center field prior to a bases-clearing, three-run triple to center field from Feller.
- The Bears plated three runs in the bottom of the sixth to pull within 8-3.
- The visitors extended the margin to 10-3 in the top of the seventh as Feller sent a sacrifice fly to right field and Rickheim worked a walk to bring in another run.
- Brown scored twice in the last of the seventh to trim the margin to 10-5.
- McHugh did not allow a run in the eighth or ninth innings to close out the game.
