CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Ten Crimson athletes from Harvard Women's Rugby were recognized with All-NIRA honors, including four First Team selections and six Second Team honorees; the second-highest total in program history. The recognition underscores the squad's dominance and collective excellence throughout its 2025 championship campaign.
First Team All-NIRA
Senior and former co-captain
Tiahna Padilla, a two-time NIRA MVP, anchored the Crimson with elite two-way play. Padilla recorded six assists — third-most on the team — while adding 95 tackles and 11 turnovers, the second-highest total on the roster.
First-year standout
Gemma Ogoke emerged as one of the most impactful newcomers in the nation. Ogoke led Harvard with nine trys, 117 tackles, and 18 turnovers, finishing the season with an impressive 91% tackle success rate.
Senior
Lennox London provided consistent attacking production, tallying five trys while adding nine turnovers and six line breaks, second-most on the team; to keep pressure on opposing defenses.
Junior co-captain
Ava Ference proved indispensable as a playmaker and defender. Ference paced the team with 18 assists while contributing nine turnovers and three trys across separate matches. She also converted key kicks for extra points and recorded a 93% tackle success rate, the second-best mark on the roster.
Second Team All-NIRA
Senior and former co-captain
Charlotte Gilmour remained a steady presence in the lineup and an inspirational leader, highlighted by two trys including a pivotal score late in the championship-clinching match.
First-year Maddie Hubbell added defensive stability, finishing fifth on the team with 86 tackles during the 15s season.

Sana'a Lunon ranked second on the team with eight trys while tying for the team lead with seven line breaks. Lunon also posted an exceptional 95% tackle success rate.
Sophomore Jojo Mignone matched the team-high with seven line breaks, consistently creating attacking opportunities in open space.
Junior
Courtney Taylor established herself as a dominant front-row presence, ranking third on the team with 82 carries. Taylor scored three trys — including crucial finishes in both the NIRA semifinal and championship — and helped anchor a 99% scrum success rate while playing both tighthead and loosehead prop.
