Jack Rickheim hit his first home run of the season, but Harvard University baseball fell to California Baptist University, 11-4, on Saturday night at James W. Totman Stadium in game two of a four-game series.

The Crimson (0-11) took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first on Rickheim's solo home run and pulled within 6-4 in the top of the fifth before the host Lancers (16-4) scored the game's final five runs.

- Harvard started the game's scoring in the top of the first as Rickheim blasted a solo shot out to left center field to give the Crimson a 1-0 lead.
- California Baptist responded with two runs in the bottom of the first on a two-run home run to take a 2-1 edge.
- CBU plated three runs in the last of the second to take a 5-1 advantage.
- An RBI single to left center from Wilson in the top of the fourth brought Harvard within 5-2.
- The Lancers brought in a run on a double in the bottom of the fourth to move ahead 6-.2.
- Harvard pulled within 6-4 of CBU as a pair of runs scored on errors in the top of the fifth.
- The hosts scored four times in the bottom of the fifth to establish a 10-4 advantage and tacked on one run in the last of the seventh to make the score 11-4.Â
