CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Women's Swimming and Diving completed a 2025-26 campaign that saw it finish with a 9-1 dual-meet record and send four athletes to the NCAA Championships.
Under
Amanda Kulik, The Costin Family Head Coach for Harvard Women's Swimming & Diving, the Crimson posted its 41
st straight winning season and its second consecutive year with at least nine dual-meet victories. The last time Harvard won at least nine duals in back-to-back seasons was 2004-05 and 2005-06, when it went 10-0 in both of those campaigns.
After an Ivy League Championships that produced conference champions in the 500 free (
Alexandra Bastone), 100 back (
Anya Mostek), 200 back (Mostek), 100 fly (
Sydney Lu), 200 breast (
Aliana Marakovic), 200 medley relay (Mostek, Marakovic, Lu,
Blythe Wieclawek), and 400 medley relay (Mostek, Marakovic, Lu, Wieclawek), Harvard collected the league's two career honors. Mostek was named the Ivy League Career High Point Swimmer and
Nina Janmyr was recognized as the Career High Point Diver.
Bastone (500 free, 1,650 free), Janmyr (1M diving), Lu (100 fly, 200 fly) and Mostek (50 free, 100 back, 200 back) later went on to earn invitations to the NCAA Championships in Atlanta, Georgia. Harvard's four NCAA competitors matched its total from 2024, which represented the program's most since 2019, when it sent five to nationals. The Crimson's 2025 appearance also marked the 14
th straight season it has competed at the national meet.
