CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Kevin Rhoads, The Bobby Jones '24 Coach for Harvard Men's Golf, has announced the addition of Alex Zhang from the Class of 2030 today.
Zhang arrives in Cambridge from Vancouver, British Columbia, bringing an accomplished junior golf resume to the Crimson. He joins the Crimson after standout performances on the American Junior Golf Association circuit and at the national level in Canada.
"We are extremely excited to have Alex Zhang joining Harvard Golf," Coach Rhoads said on Wednesday. "He showed what an outstanding player he was at an early age on the national junior stage, winning the Canadian Junior Boys Championship at age 14, and has continued to elevate his game ever since. His talent, work ethic, humble confidence, desire to excel, and who he is as a person will blend well with our current Ivy League championship-winning group, which is hungry to see what it can accomplish."
