How it Happened

• Harvard and UConn traded early opportunities, with Jason Broome making his first save in the fifth minute.
• The Crimson responded by earning consecutive corner kicks and placing two shots on goal over the next three minutes.
• Harvard opened the scoring in the 10th minute when Ben Kelly set up Tellado, who converted the opportunity – beating the UConn goalkeeper with a shot that went between his legs - for his second goal of the season.
• The match developed into a physical midfield battle following the opening goal. Harvard maintained its advantage through the remainder of the first half and entered the break with a 1-0 lead.
• UConn pulled level in the 57th minute when Aidan Sheppela scored to make it a 1-1 contest.
• The Crimson answered with a sustained sequence of pressure, earning a corner kick and registering three shots between the 63rd and 66th minutes. UConn goalkeeper Kyle Durham stopped Andreas Engle's attempt on goal to close off Harvard's advance.
• The Huskies moved in front in the 75th minute as Preston Alessio struck the post before Evan Pickering converted the rebound opportunity to give UConn a 2-1 lead.
• Harvard increased the pressure following the goal and earned a corner kick in the 80th minute. Alejandro Palacio played the corner short to Wooten, who took on his defender, beating him to the right side with a great touch before notching the equalizer to bring the Crimson level at 2-2.
• Harvard continued to control the closing phase. Andreas Savva forced a save in the 88th minute before the Crimson earned another corner with just over a minute left. Adam Poliakov recorded the final shot of the match, but the Huskies would hold on as the match ended in a 2-2 draw.

• Wooten's equalizer marked his first goal of the campaign.
• Kelly registered his second assist of the season, while Palacio collected his team-leading third assist.

• Harvard has scored the opening goal in each of its first four matches.
• The Crimson held advantages in shots, 14-13, and corner kicks, 8-2.
• Following UConn's go-ahead goal, Harvard recorded the final three shots and both of the game's remaining corner kicks.
• Poliakov led all players with six shots, while Tellado placed both of his attempts on goal.
• Broome played all 90 minutes and made four saves.
