Curtis Rhoads is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Harvard men's golf program in 2017-18.

Helping the 2017 men's squad to its second-straight Ivy League title, the team again set a program record for scoring average (287.70). Junior Gregory Royston was named Ivy League Player of the Year. Royston and Daniel De La Garza were named to the All-Ancient Eight first team, while Robert Deng and Kendrick Vinar earned second team accolades.

Rhoads helped Harvard to its first Ivy League championship in 41 years in 2016 as the squad held off a late-charging Dartmouth for a four-stroke triumph. The team was led by freshman Aurian Capart who earned first team All-Ivy League honors and second team selections Gregory Royston and Daniel De La Garza. Additionally, junior Robert Deng received PING All-Northeast Region honors following the season.

In his first season, Rhoads helped Harvard to a third-place finish at the Ivy League Championships, matching the program's best finish at the tournament to that point since 1996. The squad was led by first team All-Ivy selection Robert Deng, as well as Royston who was tabbed to the second team and named the Ivy League Rookie of the Year. Additionally, sophomore Kendrick Vinar received PING All-Northeast Region honors following the season.

Originally from Moraga, California, Rhoads had served as assistant golf professional at The Olympic Club for the previous 13 seasons. During his tenure, Olympic hosted a variety of national and regional events, including the 2012 U.S. Open Championship.
