First-year (2023-24)

Earned the team’s John Harnice ’84 Spirit Award … Played in 25 games with one start; ranked third on the team in games played … Averaged 12.3 minutes, 2.2 points, and 3.1 rebounds per game … Shot 50.0 percent from the field … Posted a season-high 11 points with four rebounds vs. UMass Boston (Nov. 6) … Tallied eight points and six boards in start vs. UAlbany (Jan. 2) … Grabbed a season-high eight rebounds at Loyola Chicago (Dec. 2). 

Before Harvard

Earned three varsity letters at The Scots College (2019-22) before completing a postgrad year at IMG Academy in 2022-23 … Gained IMG’s Defensive Player of the Year award … Played on the club level for Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles U23 and NBL1 East … Won the Youth League Premiership U23, leading team to a 19-1 record … Also competed in rugby and track & field … Was offered a professional rugby contract but chose to pursue college basketball … Won six premierships in eight years with club rugby team the Coogee Wombats and Coogee Dolphins … Advanced to the state level in the 110m hurdles … Selected for the New South Wales and CIS Rugby Union and Rugby League State Team … Captured the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award … Won the South Sydney Rugby League Education Award … Other interests include cooking, Photoshop, film, music, and hiking; has hiked to the Mount Everest base camp … Son of Alexandra Ace and Steven Nasteski … Grandfather Michael Ace competed for the 1964 British Olympic kayak team … Brother Marcus Ace-Nasteski played basketball for Sydney University.
