CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Junior Katherine Sheeleigh scored two goals including the game-winning tally in the 87th minute to lead the Harvard women's soccer team to a 2-1 win over Dartmouth. With the win, the Crimson (8-6-1, 5-1 Ivy) earns at least a share of the Ivy League title and the automatic bid to the NCAA Championships.

It is Harvard's second-straight Ivy League title and ninth overall. Sheelegh's game-winner was her fourth of the season and 10th in her career. The goal came when Sheeleigh accepted a pass from Kerry Kartsonis on the right side of the net.

Dartmouth started the scoring off when Aly O'Dea headed in a pass from Ally Dutton just 6:26 into the game. Sheeleigh tallied the equalizer less than 13 minutes later when sophomore Melanie Baskind placed a corner kick in front of the net for Sheeleigh to shot pass the Dartmouth goalkeeper.

The Big Green held a 15-12 advantage in shots, while both teams had seven corners and four saves each.

The Crimson closes out the season Nov. 7 at Columbia at 7 p.m. The NCAA women's soccer selection show will take place Nov. 9 on ESPNews.
