Cross Country Announces 2015 Schedule

SCHEDULE

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard cross country team announced its 2015 schedule Monday, featuring three races at its home course at Franklin Park.

The Crimson will stay in Boston for its first two competitions of the fall, hosting the annual H-Y-P meet at Franklin Park on September 11. Two weeks later on September 25 Harvard welcomes a number of nationally competitive teams to Franklin Park for the Coast to Coast Battle of Beantown.

Harvard's women head to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania October 2 to compete in the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh. The third weekend of October sees the men and women teams compete at the Wisconsin Adidas Invite in Madison on Friday, Oct. 16 and the Rothenberg Invite at Brown on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Those two meets serve as the final tune ups for the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships at Van Cortland Park in Riverdale, New York on October 30.

The championship portion of the 2015 season continues November 13 with the NCAA Regionals representing the third meet of the year at Franklin Park. The men will continue with the IC4A Championships back at Van Cortland Park November 21.

The season concludes with the men's and women's NCAA Championship races Saturday, November 21.
