What is 7's?
Sevens rugby is a popular variation of the standard form of the game that features seven players on each side instead of the usual 15. Sevens rugby is played over two seven minutes halves while the standard rugby match is played out over 80 minutes.

With less players on the field and shorter matches, sevens rugby creates a faster paced high-scoring game, that allows for entire tournaments to be played in one day.
