CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Returning to regular season competition for the first time since March 7, 2020,
Gerry Byrne, The Frisbie Family Head Coach for Harvard Men's Lacrosse, has released the program's 2022 schedule today. The Crimson's 12-game slate features six home contests in Cambridge at Jordan Field.
"Having been away from competition for nearly two years we aimed to create a challenging schedule that combines our traditional Ivy slate with local rivals as well as nationally respected programs," stated Byrne. "Over the next few years you will see Harvard Lacrosse crisscrossing the country in the fall and spring (and in summer recruiting) to play the top programs in the top conferences. We want to challenge our student-athletes on the field and off to see how far Harvard Lacrosse can go."
Following a pair of scrimmages against Holy Cross at home on Feb. 1 and a visit to St. John's on Feb. 5, the Crimson will open its highly anticipated 2022 campaign enjoying home field advantage as it welcomes NJIT to Jordan Field on Saturday, Feb. 19.

After opening Ivy League action against Brown on Saturday, March 19, Harvard will host Boston University in a mid-week night tilt on Tuesday, March 22. Dartmouth will visit Cambridge on Saturday, March 26 for another Ivy clash, before the Crimson closes its home stretch against Colgate on April 2 for its final nonconference contest of the season.
