CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Beginning conference action on the road, the Harvard women's basketball team will head to Princeton to open Ivy League play this Sunday, Jan. 2. Tip-off is slated for 2 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN+.

- After another standout performance last week in the Crimson's 93-53 win over Colgate,
Harmoni Turner was named both the Ivy League Player and Rookie of the Week on Dec. 27. The award marks Turner's second-straight week being recognized as Rookie- and her first Player of the Week nod of her career. Nearly recording a double-double in back-to-back games, Turner led Harvard on both ends of the court against the Raiders with 19 points and eight rebounds.
- Harvard continues to move up in the national ranking in three-point field goals made per game, now at No. 14 with 9.3 per game and 310 total. The Crimson ranks first in the Ivy League in three-point percentage with .361. Shooting with efficiency against Merrimack on Nov. 30, Harvard registered its highest three-point percentage of the season at 60.7 percent. Harvard tallied 17 three-pointers, its highest mark of the season.
- Entering conference play this weekend, five Crimson players rank in the top-25 in scoring in the Ivy League. Turner leads the way in fourth with 14.4 points per game, followed by
Lola Mullaney (13.1 p/g, eighth),
McKenzie Forbes (12.4 p/g, 10th),
Tess Sussman (8.2 p/g, 20th) and
Maggie McCarthy (7.3 p/g, 24th).
- Harvard and Princeton will meet for the 88th time in program history this weekend. The Crimson trails the Tigers, 41-46, in its all-time series. Harvard will look to secure its first win over Princeton since 2018, when the Crimson came up with a 72-58 victory on home court.

Kathy Delaney-Smith returns for her 40th season at the helm of the program. The winningest coach in Ivy League basketball history with 617 career victories, Delaney-Smith passed former Princeton head coach Pete Carril (514) for most wins by an Ancient Eight coach on either the men's or women's side during the 2013-14 season. Delaney-Smith owns a 617-421 overall record with a 360-159 mark in Ivy League play, including 12 20-win seasons, 11 Ivy titles and 15 postseason appearances.
