DENVER, Colo. – Harvard baseball rising senior
Owen Holt was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 2021 Major League Baseball Draft. The Reds took Holt in the 16th round, landing him 480th overall.

The Houston, Texas native is the 59th draft pick in program history, with the last two coming after the conclusion of the 2019 season when Patrick McColl and Hunter Bigge were selected by the Oakland Athletics and Chicago Cubs, respectively.

Holt appeared in just two games for the Crimson before his sophomore and junior seasons were wiped out by the COVID-19 pandemic.
