CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Concluding a three-game home stretch, the Harvard women's basketball team will host Cornell this Saturday, Jan. 22 at Lavietes Pavilion. Tip-off time is set for 2 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
Spectators will not be allowed in attendance through Jan. 23.

- In its last two home matchups, Harvard went 1-1 in conference action, picking up a 96-62 win over Dartmouth and a narrow 72-64 loss against Columbia. The Crimson moved to 8-9 overall and 2-3 in Ivy League play to remain in fifth place in the conference.

- For the seventh time this season, first-year
Harmoni Turner led the Crimson in scoring last weekend. Turner recorded 20 or more points for the fourth time this year, with a team-best 20 points against Columbia. The guard has now recorded double-digit points in 11-straight games. Leading on both ends of the court, Turner was just shy of her third double-double this season, as she posted 20 points and nine rebounds.
- The Crimson currently sports a 4-1 home record within the friendly confines of Lavietes Pavilion. Dominating on its own hardwood, Harvard has surpassed 70 points in each of its home court victories this season.
- Harvard ranks 10th in the nation in three-point field goals made per game with 9.3 and places seventh with 158 total. The Crimson ranks second in the Ivy League in three-point percentage with .346. Shooting with efficiency against Merrimack on Nov. 30, Harvard registered its highest three-point percentage of the season at 60.7 percent. Harvard tallied 17 three-pointers, its highest mark of the season.

- Harvard leads Cornell in its all-time series, 72-12, splitting its series with the Big Red in 2020 with a road win and home loss. The Crimson holds an 8-2 advantage in its last 10 matchups with the Big Red. Prior to 2016, Harvard claimed 15-straight wins against Cornell.

Kathy Delaney-Smith returns for her 40th season at the helm of the program. The winningest coach in Ivy League basketball history with 617 career victories, Delaney-Smith passed former Princeton head coach Pete Carril (514) for most wins by an Ancient Eight coach on either the men's or women's side during the 2013-14 season. Delaney-Smith owns a 617-421 overall record with a 360-159 mark in Ivy League play, including 12 20-win seasons, 11 Ivy titles and 15 postseason appearances.
