SONOMA, CA. – Harvard men's golf wrapped up their competition across the country in Sonoma, California in the Alister Mackenzie Invitational hosted by the University of California Berkely from Oct. 10 – Oct. 11. Competing in a field of nine teams, the Crimson placed fifth, recording rounds of 282-284-294 for a 54-hole total of four-under-par 860.
Junior
Brian Ma continued to lead the way for the Crimson in another strong outing, finishing the event tied for sixth with a score of six-under-par. Senior captain
Brian Isztwan also posted another strong performance, finishing tied for 10
th with a score of four-under-par. Junior
Kevin Sze (T27, +3), sophomore
Diego Saavedra-Davila (T33, +4) and junior
Adam Xiao (T47, +8) rounded out the scoring for Harvard.
Sophomore
Jeffrey Fang also competed in the event as an independent, finishing tied for 53
rd with a score of 10-over-par.
