Radcliffe Heavyweight Rowing Set For Princeton Chase on Sunday

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Harvard Radcliffe Heavyweight Rowing will travel this weekend to Princeton to compete in the Princeton Chase at Lake Carnegie on Sunday, Nov. 6.

WHAT TO KNOW

- This will be the team's first time racing at the Princeton Chase since the 2015 fall season.
- This will be the last race of the fall season for the varsity team since only the novice team will race at the Foot of The Charles.
- In the Women's Open 8+ category, there are 60 entries from 16 different teams, and the Women's 4+ has 34 entries from seven teams.
- Most of the team's student-athletes will race twice, in an eight and in a coxed four. The schedule is as follows:

10:00am: Women's Open 8+

-Radcliffe A - Bow 79
-Radcliffe B - Bow 97
-Radcliffe C - Bow 110

1:20pm: Women's 4+

-Radcliffe A - Bow 263
-Radcliffe B - Bow 273
-Radcliffe C - Bow 282
-Radcliffe D - Bow287
-Radcliffe E - Bow 290
-Radcliffe F - Bow 292

RACE INFORMATION

-Similar to the Head of The Charles, the Princeton Chase is a 3-mile course with a head racing style.
-The course is off of Princeton's campus on Carnegie Lake.
