Women’s Tennis to Host Doubleheader on Saturday

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's tennis team (1-1) will host Boston University (10:30 a.m.) and Sacred Heart (1 p.m.) on Feb. 5, at the Murr Center Indoor Courts.

Both matches will be streaming on ESPN+ and Stretch Internet.

The Crimson come into the match having not competed since Jan. 22, due to a postponement of last weekend's match.

Harvard owns the all-time series over BU by a 37-6 margin dating back to the first meeting in 1980. The Crimson have won 10 of the last 11 contests over the Terriers since 2010.

In the last meeting between the two schools, just under two years ago, Harvard won 7-0. Rachel Lim, Rachel Eason, Sophia Ho, Mihaela Marculescu and Kayla Leschly all pitched in a win for the Crimson in the 2020 meeting.

This will be the first ever meeting between Harvard and Sacred Heart.
