BIRMINGHAM, Al. - Competing in the NCAA DI Indoor Track & Field National Championships this Friday, Mar. 11, first-year Izzy Goudros represented the Harvard women's track & field team splendidly. Competing in the women's heptathlon, Goudros finished 14th of 16, posting a score of 3,902 points. 
 
Starting off strong in the 60m hurdles, Goudros finished 12th with a time of 8.67 seconds. Moving over the high jump, Goudros finished in 16th, posting a mark of 1.60m (5'3"). Staying on the track for the shot put, Goudros placed 15th with her mark of 11.30m (37'1"). Goudros shined in the long jump, posting an eight place performance with her mark of 5.83m (19'1.5"). Closing off the event with the 800m, Goudros came in 11th, tallying a time of 2:23.76.

• Goudros' excellent performance in the long jump is unsurprising, considering she holds the Harvard school record in the event. 
• Across the five events, Goudros beat out athletes from multiple ranked teams, including No. 12 BYU and No. 18 Colorado.
