AUSTIN, Texas – Recent Harvard track & field standout
Izzy Goudros '25 adds another accolade to a decorated collegiate track & field resume, as the Toronto, Ontario native is a College Sports Communicators Academic All-America selection for the first time in her career.
Goudros concluded her Crimson career with a campaign to remember during the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons. One of the top multi athletes in the nation, Goudros garnered All-America First Team honors in both the pentathlon and heptathlon. At the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships, Goudros finished in sixth place in the pentathlon with 4305 points. In her final collegiate event for Harvard, Goudros took seventh place with 5853 points at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Goudros wrapped her collegiate career as the Ivy League record holder in the pentathlon (4313) and the heptathlon (5853).
Along with her success in the heptathlon and pentathlon, Goudros was also a key contributor in several track events. At the 2025 Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships, Goudros finished in second in the 200m, 60m hurdles and third in the 60m, earning Most Outstanding Women's Track Athlete in the process. Goudros also earned All-America First Team honors in the women's 4x400m relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
A concentrator in Economics, Goudros graduated from Harvard College this spring.
