Track & Field Reveals 2025-26 Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The 2025-26 track & field season is on the horizon, as Harvard announced an exciting slate of meets for both the indoor and outdoor campaigns.

The Crimson's indoor slate features five competitions at home at Gordon Indoor Track. Harvard kicks-off the 2025-25 indoor track & field season on Friday, Dec. 5 with the HBCU & Ivy Challenge, as Harvard wraps the opening weekend on Saturday, Dec. 6 with the Harvard Classic.

Following a winter break, Harvard returns to action with the Beantown Challenge on Saturday, Jan. 17 with the Beantown Challenge at Gordon Indoor Track. The next weekend sees the Crimson venture outside Massachusetts for the first time during the 2025-26 season, as Harvard will compete at the Dr. Sander Scorcher on Friday, Jan. 23 and Saturday, Jan. 24 in New York, New York.

Harvard will then split between two meets on Friday, Jan. 30 and Saturday, Jan. 31. Harvard will host the Harvard Invitational as select Crimson athletes will also feature at the Terrier Invitational at Boston University's Track and Tennis Center. Two more meets await the Crimson to kick off the month of February. From Thursday, Feb. 5 to Saturday, Feb. 7, select Crimson will compete at the IC4A/ECAC Championships, while other student-athletes will take part in the Riverhawk Invitational on Friday, Feb. 6 and Saturday, Feb. 7.

The indoor regular season winds down with a trio of meets at Harvard and Boston University. On Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14, the Crimson will host the Crimson Open and take part in the Valentine Invitational at Boston University. The regular season concludes on Saturday, Feb. 21 with the BU DMR Challenge.

The Crimson return to the Empire State on Saturday, Feb. 28 and Sunday, Mar. 1 for the 2026 Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships held at The Armory. The 2026 NCAA Indoor Championships take place at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The 2026 outdoor season begins in the Lone Star state, as the Crimson will compete at the Kirk Baptiste Invitational in Houston, Texas on Thursday, Mar. 19. From Thursday, Mar. 26 to Saturday, Mar. 28, Harvard will compete at the Raleigh Relays, as select Crimson will also head north to Lowell, Massachusetts on Saturday, Mar. 28 for the UMass Lowell Invite.

Two meets await the Crimson to begin April on Friday, Apr. 3 and Saturday, Apr. 4. Select Crimson return to Texas for the Texas Relays in Austin, Texas, as another group travel to Storrs, Connecticut for the UConn Dog Fight Invite.

On Friday, Apr. 10 and Saturday, Apr. 11, Harvard returns to Lowell for the UMass Multi-Meet, as select Crimson head back down south to Athens, Georgia for the Georgia Spec Towns Invite on the same days.

Harvard remains in the south the next weekend, as the Crimson take part in the Wake Forest Invite on Thursday, Apr. 16 and Saturday, Apr. 17. Harvard will also feature at the Tom Jones Invite on Friday, Apr. 17 and Saturday, Apr. 18. Harvard ventures north for the Penn Relays from Thursday, Apr. 23 to Saturday, Apr. 25 for the Penn Relays, as the Crimson will also take part in the Ken O'Brien. Pre-Conference Meet in Amherst, Massachusetts on Saturday, Apr. 25. Harvard ends the 2026 regular season on Sunday, May 3 with the Duke Twilight in Durham, North Carolina.

The 2026 outdoor postseason begins in the Garden State with the 2026 Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships in Princeton, New Jersey on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17.

The 2026 NCAA East First Round takes place in Lexington, Kentucky from Wednesday, May 27 to Saturday, May 30 as Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon plays host for the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Championships from Wednesday, June 10 to Saturday, June 13.
