CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard Men's Heavyweight Rowing team is set to continue its season this Sunday at the Eastern Sprints Regatta on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass. The No. 3 Crimson (6-0) will take its undefeated record into the competition to row against Ivy League foes and other crews from up and down the East Coast.
Harvard is looking to claim the Rowe Cup and an Eastern Sprints title for the first time since 2014. The Crimson have placed second in the regatta in each of the past three seasons, the last time being in 2019. The Harvard Heavies have won the Rowe Cup 34 times in school history.

AT THE HELM
The Bolles-Parker Head Coach for Harvard Men's Heavyweight Crew,
Charley Butt, enters his ninth season as the leader of the Harvard Heavyweight Rowing team and his 37th season with the Harvard rowing program in 2021-22, having previously served as the Friends of Harvard Lightweight Rowing Coach for Men's Lightweight Crew for 28 years. In his time with the Heavyweights, Butt has compiled a record of 46-7 in the Spring and two top-three finishes at the IRA National Championships since taking over as the leader of the program.
