CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Senior co-captain Athena Ye was announced as First Marshal of the Class of 2023 after two rounds of elections.
 
Senior class marshals are responsible for organizing class-wide events until Commencement in May. The committee also coordinates the Senior Gift fund and plans post-graduation reunions.
 
Ye has been thoroughly involved in campus life during her time at Harvard, serving as President of the Crimson Key Society, Chair of the Leverett House Committee and Vice President of the Harvard Radcliff Asian American Association, among other activities.
 
In the pool, Ye returned to competition in 2021-22 and helped women's swimming and diving earn the 2022 Ivy League title.
