CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's soccer class of 2023 will play its final regular season game at Jordan Field this Saturday when it hosts the Penn Quakers on senior day. The Crimson will look to secure its spot in the Ivy League tournament with a positive result over the Quakers on its home turf this Saturday (Oct. 21) at 4:00 PM at Jordan Field.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Harvard is coming off a 1-1 draw with the Princeton Tigers and remains unbeaten in its last four contests.
- Jade Rose scored the lone goal – and her first of the season - for the Crimson in the contest.
- The Crimson is up to no. 25 in the NCAA RPI poll, its highest ranking of the season. The Ivy League's conference RPI has also shot up to third in the nation.
- Statistically, Harvard ranks no. 11 in the nation with 2.77 assists per game.
- Its scoring output of 2.46 goals per game is good for no. 21 in the nation.
- Josefine Hasbo's .55 assists per game are good for no. 20 in the nation and is also good for second in the Ivy League.
- As a team, Harvard leads the Ivy League in assists per game (2.77), corner kicks per game (5.92), points per game (7.69), scoring offense (2.46), shots on goal per game (7.92), total goals (32) and total assists (36).
- Ólöf Kristinsdóttir leads the team with six goals in 2023, putting her at third in the Ivy League and T-15 in the nation amongst first-years.
- Eight Harvard players have recorded a multi-point game this season which is tied for the highest total in the Ivy League.
- Five of those players – Bebar, DelPico, Hasbo, Lung and Kristinsdóttir – have recorded two or more multi-point games, which is the most in the Ivy League.
- The Harvard defense, anchored by Anna Karpenko in net, has allowed only 37 shots on goal this season, an Ivy League low.

- This will be Harvard's last regular season home contest of the 2023 season. HWS will celebrate its seven seniors – Hannah Bebar, Gabby DelPico, Taylor Fasnacht, Smith Hunter, Ava Lung, Anna Karpenko and Megan Mackey – during a pregame ceremony.
