BOSTON, MASS. – Harvard track & field continued the 2023-24 indoor season at the Joe Donahue Games Friday night, hosted by Northeastern at the TRACK at new balance.

First-year sprinters
Timi Esan and
Amari Turner impressed in their Harvard debuts, each cracking the top-10 of the all-time Crimson men's indoor performance list. Sophomore
Fabiola Belibi also set new personal bests in the 60 hurdles and the 300m dash.

HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS:
- In his first race donning the Harvard H, Esan impressed, posting a 6.76 in the men's 60m dash trials. That time is tied for sixth in program history with Lance Ward's 60m run at last season's HBCU & Ivy Challenge.
- Turner placed second in the 60m dash finals with a time of 6.94.
- Competing in the women's 60 hurdles, Belibi won the event with a personal-best time of 8.66.
- In her second appearance of the 2023-24 indoor season, junior Chloe Fair broke the Joe Donahue Games women's 300m dash record with a time of 38.48. The Suwanee, Ga. native broke the 40.15 record set by Northeastern's Ariann Robinson in 2022.
- Belibi kept her momentum going in the women's 300m dash, placing sixth with a personal-best 41.36 run.
- Turner secured himself a spot in the Harvard record books in the men's 200m dash, as his 21.31 at the Joe Donahue Games ranks third all-time in school history. The Sanford, Fl. native surpassed Christopher Lambert's '03 time of 21.40 at the 2003 Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships.
- Senior Maxwell Brown made his 2023-24 indoor season debut at the Joe Donahue Games. The Carlsbad, Calif native placed 13th in the men's 300m dash with a 36.60 time and posted a 7.31 in the 60m dash prelims.
- Senior jumper Noah Miles made his second appearance in the men's long jump, finishing in sixth with a best attempt of 6.74m.
