BERLIN, MD – Harvard men's golf finished tied for fifth out of 17 teams in the Battle at Rum Pointe from March 25 – March 26 at Rum Pointe Golf Course. In their first tournament of the Spring season, The Crimson recorded rounds of 291-290 for a 36-hole total of five-over-par 581.
Junior
Brian Ma led the way for the Crimson recording a score of one-under-par and placing tied for 12
th. Just behind Ma was sophomore
Jeffrey Fang who finished the day on par, placing tied for 14
th. Senior
Brian Isztwan and junior
Kevin Sze also impressed, each scoring three-over-par and placing tied for 26
th. First-year
Darren Choi (T33, +5) rounded out the scoring for Harvard.
Sophomore
Diego Saavedra-Davila and junior
Adam Xiao each competed as individuals in the competition as well. Saavedra-Davila scored two-over-par and placed tied for 20
th and Xiao scored five-over-par, placing tied for 33
rd.

After a solid Spring season opener for the Crimson, Harvard will return to action on Monday, April 3, competing in the Columbia Spring Invite in Springfield, PA.
