Cambridge, Mass. - The Harvard Softball team (16-9-1, 7-2 Ivy) will travel to Hanover, N.H. to face the Big Green of Dartmouth (8-14, 3-3 Ivy) for three games this weekend from Saturday, April 8 to Sunday, April 9 with a doubleheader on Saturday starting at 12:30 p.m. and a single game at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. The games will be streamed on ESPN+.

What to Know

• The Crimson have swept two Ivy League weekend series, beating Penn and Brown in three straight games. Most recently, Harvard topped the Bears with scores of 3-1, 6-2 and 7-0. The Crimson are now 7-2 in Ivy League play with their two sweeps and one win over Cornell. 
• Harvard played host to Merrimack on Tuesday, winning both games of a doubleheader with scores of 4-1 and 7-0. 
• In the Crimson victories over Merrimack, Harvard pitchers Lindsay Poulos, Anna Reed and Riley Flynn combined for 16 strikeouts. 
• First-year Riley Flynn was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week for the second time this season the week of April 3rd for her outstanding performance in the weekend series over Brown. 
• Harvard leads Dartmouth in the all-time series, 70-25. In the Crimson and Big Green's last meeting, Harvard won the series 2-1 with two wins on home soil by scores of 4-1 and 4-3 (8 innings). The Crimson were beaten 6-11 in the second game of the series. 
• Dartmouth is coming off a weekend series at Columbia, one in which they suffered three losses. Prior to that, the Big Green swept the Quakers of Penn.

Harvard will travel down town to play Boston University in a Tuesday night single contest at 4 p.m. The Crimson currently trail the Terriers 21-27 in the all-time series and hope to get their first win since 2019 on Tuesday.
