Will Burns threw 2.0 innings of scoreless relief, but Harvard University baseball fell to East Tennessee State University, 14-4, on Wednesday afternoon at Thomas Stadium.

The Crimson (2-8) scored four runs in the top of the seventh to extend the game after facing a 12-0 deficit before the host Buccaneers (12-4) plated one run in each of the seventh and eighth frames to end the contest after eight innings.

How It Happened
- In the bottom of the second, ETSU scored the game's first three runs behind a three-run home run.
- The Buccaneers added nine runs in the last of the third to move ahead, 12-0.
- Burns threw scoreless frames in the fourth and fifth before Kang took the mound for a scoreless sixth.
- In the top of the seventh, the Crimson countered with four runs to pull within 12-4. Rounds worked a walk with the bases loaded for an RBI, King hit a two-run single to right field, and Levin sent an RBI single to right to account for the scoring.
- ETSU notched one run in the last of the seventh to make the score 13-4.
- The hosts scored another run in the bottom of the eighth to close the contest in eight innings.
