Mitchell Callahan, with the crew consisting of

Sailing was held out of Annapolis Sailing School off Bembe Beach due to construction around Santee Basin at the United States Naval Academy, and except for two early pauses both days, competition went off without a hitch.
Harvard finished in first and second place in its first 11 head-to-head races before a 2-3-4 performance vs. Hobart and William snapped its streak. The Crimson, however, responded with three consecutive 1-2-3 efforts to close its first round with a spotless 15-0 mark. Harvard closed its time in Maryland with a 2-1 record in the Final Four, defeating Yale (2-3-4) and Georgetown (1-2-5), with a 3-4-6 loss to Brown sandwiched between. Overall, the Crimson finished with a 17-1 record, two victories clear of second-place Yale (15-3).
The Crimson, which has won three races this spring (Sharpe, Wood, Graham Hall), returns to action this weekend, March 23-24, with a pair of regattas. The Duplin Trophy Women's Team Race is presented by Tufts, but will take place at Harvard, while the Friis Trophy Team Race will be held in Bristol, Rhode Island.
