CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Just over a month before the team returns to the course, Harvard women's golf has released its 2024 Fall schedule. The Crimson will compete in four exciting tournaments during the first-half of the Fall including the Penn State Invitational, Princeton Invitational, Quinnipiac Classic and the University of Delaware's Lady Blue Hen Invitational. The group will look to expand on the foundation it has built over the past two seasons under The Fairbairn Family Head Coach for Harvard Women's Golf,
Naree Song.
The Crimson's season is set to begin on September 14 when the team travels to State College, Pa. to compete in the Penn State Invitational. This will be the program's fourth appearance at the tournament - and at the Penn State Golf Couse - in its history.
Two weeks later, Harvard will compete on another familiar course when it makes an appearance at the Springdale Golf Club during the 2024 Princeton Invitational (Sep. 28-29). A five-time Princeton Invitational Champion, Harvard will be making its 18
th overall showing in the field.
Harvard will then take on another challenge when it travels to Connecticut to compete in the Quinnipiac Classic. Harvard will make its first showing at the event and at Farms Country Club when it tees off on October 14.
The Crimson will be tasked with defending its team title at the UD Lady Blue Hen Invitational in its final tournament of the Fall season on October 19-20. A three-time winner of the event, this will be the program's ninth appearance at the tournament and the Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
