CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Just weeks before Harvard men's lacrosse kicks off its highly anticipated 2025 season, the team received a No. 18 ranking in the USA Lacrosse Preseason Top 20. With a number of impact players returning to the Crimson this season, Harvard is looking to make a return to the Ivy League and NCAA Tournaments. Harvard joins five other Ivy League schools in the top 20, which is tied for the second most in a conference in the nation.
Harvard is coming off an 8-5 season in 2024 that saw the group post two top 20 victories and rise to as high as No. 12 in the nation after a 6-0 start to the campaign. Captains

Logan Ip will lead a veteran group of returning players and a strong host of young talent when the team returns to the field in mid-February.
The Crimson will play 12 games against a competitive field of opponents as it looks to return to the Ivy League and NCAA Tournament in 2025. The schedule features matchups against a strong host of opponents including non-conference foes Syracuse, Michigan and Boston University along with the annual Ivy League battles. There will be no shortage of contests at Jordan Field this Spring as Harvard is set to play eight contests on its home field throughout the season.
