SPARKS, Md. – For just the third time in program history, Harvard Men's Lacrosse was honored with three USILA Scholar All-America Awards. Seniors John Aurandt IV, Logan Ip and Sean Jordan earned the honors this season after leading the team on the field and in the classroom during its successful 2026 campaign. The trio was a driving force behind Harvard's 3.81 team grade-point-average, which earned the program another USILA Team GPA Award.
 
To be eligible to receive USILA Scholar All-America honors, a student-athlete must be a senior with at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average. He will have behaved in a manner that has brought credit to himself, his institution, and to college lacrosse both on and off the field. He must also be an All-American, a member of a North/South team, or an outstanding league or conference player. To be eligible for team academic accolades, a program must finish the academic year with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
 
Senior midfielder, John Aurandt IV, earned the honor after a breakout senior season in 2026 that included placements to the All-Ivy League Second Team and NEILA All-New England First Team. An Honorable Mention All-American, Aurandt finished the season with 38 points, 28 goals and 10 assists, all of which were career highs. The timely scoring of Aurandt was key to Harvard's success this season. In the upset win against No. 1 Syracuse (Feb. 21), Aurandt began the fourth quarter comeback with a clutch goal with just over five minutes left. Against No. 16 Penn (Mar. 14), the Michigan native scored both of Harvard's fourth-quarter goals to hold off a late Quaker rally. Aurandt added fourth quarter strikes in the wins over Dartmouth (Mar. 20) and Boston U. (Mar. 24) to help finish off the opponents late in the game.
 
One of the best midfielders in the country, Logan Ip adds the Scholar All-America Award to  his third career All-New England honor and second career First Team nomination after another strong season with the Crimson in 2026. Ip scored 18 goals and added a team-high 17 assists to total 35 points during the season, the fourth most on the Crimson. His 2.50 points per game was the second highest clip by a midfielder in the Ivy League. A third-round pick of the Boston Cannons in the 2026 PLL College Draft, Ip will graduate from Harvard as one of the most accomplished midfielders in program history.
 
A team captain and a key defensive piece for Harvard, Sean Jordan – A First Team All-Ivy League performer – was named a Scholar All-American to round out his Harvard career. Jordan collected 27 ground balls and caused five turnovers to contribute to the Crimson's defensive unit as an LSM. The Florida native also chipped in offensively with two goals and an assist during the 2026 season. An influential leader in the Crimson locker room, Jordan has turned in several big performances this season to help him earn a spot on the First Team. In the Crimson's upset win over No. 1 Syracuse, Jordan scored a huge fourth quarter juice goal to tie the game 12 in the Crimson's eventual 13-12 victory. Most recently, Jordan grabbed seven ground balls in the team's matchup with No. 6 Cornell, the most by a Harvard LSM since the 2024 season.
 
The three Scholar All-America awards are tied for the second most in a single season in program history and the most for Harvard since the 2020 season.
