Jaden Craig has been named a Phil Steele FCS Midseason All-American. The senior enters the Crimson's game vs. Merrimack as a fourth-team All-American.
Hailing from Montclair, New Jersey, Craig has thrown for 1,010 yards and 10 touchdowns on 74-of-108 passing. His .685 completion percentage is the 13
th highest in the country, while his passing efficiency (175.8; 8
th), passing yards per game (252.5; 12
th), passing yards per completion (13.65; 13
th) and total offense (256.8; 14
th) numbers rank among the nation's elite. What is impressive is that Craig has accumulated his stats while playing in just 12 of 16 possible quarters, following explosive first halves at Stetson and Holy Cross.
For his career, Craig has passed for 4,215 yards and 37 touchdowns, putting him within reach of the school record in both categories. Neil Rose '03 currently sits atop both charts after throwing for 5,949 yards and 41 TDs.
