CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Competing on their home course at the 60th Annual Head of the Charles Regatta (HOCR), the Harvard men's heavyweight rowing team earned third and twentieth place finishes in the highly competitive Men's Club Eight event on Saturday afternoon. The Crimson showcased impressive depth and precision as both entries completed strong rows among a field of elite collegiate and club crews.
This year marked the 60th anniversary of the Head of the Charles — the world's largest two-day rowing event, featuring over 11,000 athletes from across the globe. For Harvard, whose boathouse sits along the storied Charles River course, the regatta represents both a homecoming and a benchmark of fall racing strength.
