CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard track & field ended the weekend on a high note at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and the Wisconsin Windy City Invite, as Crimson student-athletes rewrote the program record book.
As they've done all season, the women's 4x400m relay made history at the BU Track Tennis Center. Senior

Victoria Bossong combined to reset their school record in the women's 4x400m relay, as the group posted a time of 3:31.41.
VALENTINE INVITATIONAL HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS:
- Against top-tier competition in the first heat of the 800m, Gorriaran stood out, taking second in a thrilling race with a season-best time of 2:01.27.
- Two Crimson shined in the women's 200m, finishing in the top-five. Goudros won the event after clocking a 23.54 in the first heat, while first-year Ella Cooper placed fourth with a time of 24.17.
- For a third time this season, Fair, Goudros, Gorriaran, and Bossong joined forces to reset the school record in the women's 4x400m relay, as the quartet won the event with a time of 3:31.41. That mark is the 10th fastest time in the NCAA this season.
- Junior Penelope Salmon led the way in the women's mile, finishing in 30th with a time of 4:38.43, a mark that ranks sixth in school history.
- In the fifth heat of the women's mile, seniors Ellaney Matarese and Marianne Mihas represented the Crimson.
- Matarese crossed the finish line in 4:45.94 to take 56th place, while Mihas placed 59th with a time of 4:46.60.
- The women's 3000m saw junior Molly Malague improve on her personal-best in the event, finishing in 35th with a time of 9:11.97, as she moves up to third all-time in school history.
- Senior Annelies Quinton set another personal-best in the 3000m, finishing the race in 9:22.28, moving her to seventh all-time in Harvard history.
WISCONSIN WINDY CITY INVITE HARVARD HIGHLIGHTS:
- Two first-place showings highlighted the Crimson's Saturday in Chicago.
- Senior Anastasia Retsa picked up another win in the women's pole vault, clearing the bar at 4.34m (14'2.75"), as sophomore Lilly Hodge finished in fourth with a season-best mark of 4.04m (13'3").
- In the women's shot put, first-year Tyler Glover continues to improve in the event, winning with an attempt of 14.99m (49'2.25") as the Charlotte, North Carolina native now ranks fifth in program history in the women's shot put.
- First-Year Philip Andreas Kubon cleared the bar at 5.17m (16'11.5"), taking seventh in the men's pole vault.
- The day concluded with the men's shot put, as sophomore Isaac Delaney finished in sixth with a throw of 16.51m (54'2").
