Ivy League Names Fair Women’s Athlete of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – With the 2025 Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships on the horizon this weekend, the Ivy League announced senior Chloe Fair as the Women's Athlete of the week after a pair of historic performances in relays at the Terrier DMR Challenge.

Running the anchor leg, Fair propelled the Crimson to a school record in the women's 4x400m relay with a time of 3:30.28. Later on in the evening, Fair returned to the track with her Crimson teammates for the women's distance medley relay. Running the 400m leg of the relay, Fair led the Crimson to more history, leading Harvard to an Ivy League record in the event with a time of 10:47.92.

With the results at the Terrier DMR Challenge, both Crimson relay teams rank in the top 10 nationally, putting them in pole position to qualify for the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Va. A specialist in the 400m hurdles, Fair was an All-American Second Team selection last year.

Harvard begins this postseason on Saturday, Mar. 1 and Sunday, Mar. 2 in Ithaca, New York, traveling to Cornell for the 2025 Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships. Crimson fans can watch the meet live on ESPN+.
