Track & Field Reveals 2025 Outdoor Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – With the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia on the horizon, Harvard track & field announced its exciting slate of competitions for the 2025 outdoor season.

The Crimson open the 2025 outdoor campaign in California, taking part in the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival at UCLA and the Ron & Sharlene Allice Trojan Invitational at USC from Friday, Mar. 21 to Saturday, Mar. 22. Harvard will compete as these west coast meets for the first time in school history.

In Lowell, Massachusetts and Raleigh, North Carolina, the Crimson will feature at a pair of meets. The Lowell Invitational takes place on Saturday, Mar. 29, while the Raleigh Relays will run from Thursday, Mar. 27 to Saturday, Mar. 29. The Crimson begin the month of April out west, traveling to Tucson, Arizona on Friday, Apr. 4 and Saturday, Apr. 5 for the Jim Click Shootout.

On Saturday, Apr. 12, Harvard renews a historic competition in New Haven, Connecticut, joining forces with Yale to take on Oxford and Cambridge for the HYOC dual meet. The four sides last met in the United States in 2023, as HY has won 14 meets in a row dating back to 1993.

A trio of meets await the Crimson across the country on Friday, Apr. 18 and Saturday, Apr. 19, as Harvard will take center stage at the Wake Forest Invite in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the Sean Collier Invite at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Tom Jones Invite in Gainesville, Florida.

The regular season concludes with visits to Auburn, Alabama and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the Crimson will look to make statements at the Auburn Invite and the Penn Relays.

Traveling back to New Haven, Connecticut, the Crimson kickoff the postseason with the 2025 Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The championship season continues from Friday, May 16 to Sunday, May 18, as Harvard takes a trip to Fairfax, Virginia for the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

For a second time during the 2025 outdoor season, Harvard makes the journey to Florida, this time to Jacksonville for the 2025 NCAA East First Round from Wednesday, May 28 to Saturday, May 31. The Crimson conclude collegiate competition in Eugene, Oregon, taking center stage at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships from Wednesday, June 11 to Saturday, June 14.

Current and former Crimson student-athletes will compete at a pair of national competitions during the summer. The USATF U20 Championships take place on Thursday, June 19 and Friday, June 20, while the USATF Outdoor Championships from Thursday, July 31st to Sunday, Aug. 3. Hayward Field will host both competitions.
