PRINCETON, N.J. – The Harvard men's heavyweight rowing team delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, April 19, sweeping all four races against Princeton to retain the prestigious Compton Cup. Racing on Lake Carnegie, the Crimson powered through a 2000-meter course under steady tailwind conditions (7–10 mph), asserting control in every event from the First Varsity Eight through the Fourth.

In the headline event, Harvard's First Varsity Eight surged to the lead and held off a strong challenge from Princeton, crossing the line in 5:28.0 — three seconds ahead of the Tigers (5:31.0). The result marked another strong performance from the top crew, securing the Compton Cup.
