CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – May 18, 2025 – Harvard men's lightweight rowing delivered a commanding and historic performance at the 2025 Eastern Sprints Regatta, earning All-Ivy First Team honors for the second consecutive year. The Crimson coaching staff was also recognized for the second straight season as the Ivy League's Coaching Staff of the Year.

For the first time since the storied 1998 campaign, Harvard swept every event it entered, capturing gold in the First, Second, and Third Varsity Eights, as well as the Varsity Four. The First Varsity Eight's victory marked the program's second consecutive Eastern Sprints title in that event, cementing Harvard's dominance on the water.

With momentum at its back, Harvard now turns its attention to the IRA National Championships, scheduled for May 30–June 1 in Camden, New Jersey. The Crimson will be vying for their 11th IRA national title.
