CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Coming off its most historic season in program history, the Crimson will look to continue its growing national success under the Kathy Delaney-Smith Head Coach for Harvard Women's Basketball,
Carrie Moore, beginning on Friday, September 7 at 8:00 p.m. ET against St. John's inside Lavietes Pavilion.
The Crimson's November will then consist of eight road and neutral site contests against some of the nation's top teams. Harvard will face a slew of power conference opponents including Michigan (Nov. 9), Boston College (Nov. 19), and Arkansas (Nov. 30).
Additionally, the Crimson will compete in the fifth-annual Raising the B.A.R. Invitational hosted by University of California, Berkley. The two-day tournament will be held on November 15 and 16 with Harvard facing UNC Charlotte in the opening contest followed by the host Bears or Oakland University in the second matchup.
Harvard will have another opportunity to face some of the nation's best as it will spend the Thanksgiving break at the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship. Harvard will join Alabama, Belmont, Minnesota, Ohio State, South Florida, and West Virginia in The Bahamas from the 24
th through the 26
th. Match ups will be announced pending the addition of the tournament's eighth and final participant.
Following its action-packed opening month, the Crimson will return home for four straight home contests in December to close out its non-conference slate. Harvard will welcome a quartet of Northeast opponents to Lavietes Pavilion including Holy Cross (Dec. 3), Stony Brook (Dec. 5), Maine (Dec. 21), and Delaware (Dec. 29).
The defending Ivy League Tournament champions will begin its quest to return to Ivy Madness starting on the road versus Dartmouth on January 3. The rematch of the tournament championship will come quickly as Harvard will then welcome Columbia to Lavietes Pavilion on January 10.
The Crimson will then travel for three straight contests against Penn (Jan. 17), Princeton (Jan. 19), and Cornell (Jan. 24). A home back-to-back weekend with Yale (Jan. 30) and Brown (Jan. 31) will conclude the opening half of the Ivy season.
In the second portion of conference play, Harvard will face Dartmouth (Feb. 7), Cornell (Feb. 21), Penn (Feb. 27), and Princeton (Feb. 28) at home while traveling to Yale (Feb. 13), Brown (Feb. 14), and Columbia (Mar. 7) for the regular season finale.
Ivy Madness will head to Ithaca, N.Y., in 2026 with the semifinals slated for March 13. The Crimson is poised for a run back to the NCAA Tournament as it welcomes back 11 returners and adds five highly touted first-years in
Olivia Jones,
Ava Krumwiede,
Maya Nahar,
Aubrey Shaw, and
Sam Wills.
