Wrestling Releases 2025-26 Season Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Wrestling has announced its 2025-26 schedule, featuring five early-season tournaments and a balanced dual-meet campaign with four home contests at the Malkin Athletic Center.

The Crimson enter the new season following a 2024-25 campaign that saw senior Jimmy Harrington qualify for the NCAA Championships, extending Harvard's streak of national qualifiers. Harrington returns to lead the squad as one of three team captains this year, joined by senior Jack Crook and junior Coleman Nogle. Together, the trio will guide the Crimson through another demanding schedule under the direction of head coach Jay Weiss, who enters his 32nd season at the helm — the longest-tenured head coach in NCAA wrestling.

Harvard begins competition on Sunday, Nov. 9, at the Journeyman Collegiate Classic in Bethlehem, Pa. Two weeks later, the team returns to Philadelphia for the Keystone Classic at Penn on Nov. 23.

In December, the Crimson will head west for two of the nation's premier tournaments: the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 5-6) and the Midlands Championships at Northwestern (Dec. 29-30).

The first event of 2026 comes at the NWCA Multi-Division National Duals on Jan. 9-10, wrapping up the tournament portion of the schedule before Ivy League duals begin.

Harvard will travel to Cornell (2:00 p.m.) and Binghamton (6:00 p.m.) on Sunday, Jan. 25, marking its first dual action of the year. The Crimson will then welcome Princeton (Jan. 31) and Penn (Feb. 1) to Cambridge for back-to-back home match ups.

February brings two road trips, beginning with Columbia (Feb. 14) and Hofstra (Feb. 15), before concluding the regular season at Brown (Feb. 22).

The postseason begins with the Ivy Championships at Columbia on March 8, followed by the NCAA Championships in Cleveland, Ohio, March 19-21, where Harrington looks to make his second consecutive appearance on the national stage.
