PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Harvard track & field kicked off its time in the City of Brotherly Love tonight, as the Crimson excelled on the opening night of the 2026 iteration of the Penn Relays.

The men's 3000m steeplechase saw sophomore William Brunner take 16^th place, as the Vail, Colorado native stopped the clock at 8:53.66 to finish inside the top 20. Brunner ranks fifth in the men's 3000m steeplechase in the Ivy League this season.

Senior Molly Malague, the defending Ivy League champion in the women's 10,000m and the women's 3000m steeplechase, Malague finished in 13^th place in the women's 5000m, crossing the finish line in 15:54.45 at Franklin Park. A native of Metuchen, New Jersey, Malague's time is the fastest in the Ivy League this year.

In the men's 1500m, first-year Benjamin Bouie made his debut at the Penn Relays, finishing in 24^th place with a time of 3:49.82.
