LAKE PLACID, N.Y. -- Two Harvard women's ice hockey players have accepted invitations to participate in the USA Hockey National Festival at the Olympic Center in Lake Place August 2-9. Junior goaltender Ainsley Tuffy (Duxbury, Mass.) and sophomore defenseman Emi Biotti (Cambridge, Mass.) will train and compete with the best American female players from the U18 and collegiate level for spots on the Colegiate Women's Select Team roster that will take on Canada August 10-16.

Harvard is one of just 10 schools represented by more than one athlete on the roster and one of only three ECAC teams (Princeton, Quinnipiac) with multiple selections.

Tuffy recently trained at the USA Hockey Development Camp in Minnesota this past May. An All-Ivy League selection a year ago, she started 21 games with a .950 save percentage, which ranked first in the ECAC and third in the nation, with 739 total saves.

Biotti previously played for USA Hockey and won gold at the 2025 IIHF U18 World Championship in Finland. She appeared in all 34 games as a first-year in 2025-26 and totaled 10 points on four goals and six assists to go with 66 blocked shots.
