Men’s Basketball’s Ledlum ’23 Set to Play with Houston Rockets in NBA Summer League

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Men's Basketball alumnus Chris Ledlum '23 is set to play with the Houston Rockets in the NBA Summer League with Ledlum set to represent the Rockets at the event for the second straight summer.
 
The 2026 NBA Summer League runs from July 9-19 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada.
 
A First Team NABC All-District selection, USBWA All-District Team honoree, and a unanimous First Team All-Ivy pick for Harvard in 2022-23, Ledlum ranked second in the Ivy League in points per game (18.8) and first in rebounds per game (8.4) as a senior with the Crimson. For the season, he scored in double figures in 26 of 28 games, eclipsed 20 points 11 times, netted 30 or more points twice, and posted eight double-doubles. Ledlum also distinguished himself in the classroom during his career, gaining Academic All-America and Academic All-District honors as both a junior and senior.
 
Following a season as a graduate student at St. John's (2023-24), Ledlum competed for Élan Béarnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez in the French Pro B in his first professional season (2024-25), earning MVP accolades for the league after posting 19.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. This past season (2025-26), he played with Ratiopharm Ulm in the top division in Germany, averaging 15.7 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
 
Competing in the NBA Summer League for the first time in 2025, Ledlum averaged 16.8 minutes, 7.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game over five games played for the Rockets, while shooting 43.8 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from 3-point distance.
 
All 30 NBA teams will play at least five games at the 2026 NBA Summer League.  The top four teams will advance to the playoffs with the semifinals on Saturday, July 18 and the championship game on Sunday, July 19.  The 26 teams that do not advance to the four-team playoff will play a fifth game from July 17-19.
