CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Harvard men's water polo returns to action after a week off when it heads to Providence for the Bruno Invite at Brown on Saturday. The Crimson play twice at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center with match-ups against Concordia and Johns Hopkins. Harvard faces CUI at 9 a.m. and Johns Hopkins at 2:30 p.m. Both match-ups will be streamed on ESPN+.

About the Crimson
Harvard is 2-8 on the season and looking to snap a six-game slide. The Crimson opened the season with a 2-2 record in the Bruno Classic in its home pool. Seven of Harvard's eight losses have come against ranked opponents and three of eight losses have come by two goals or less. First-year Clay Carrington, who earned NWPC Rookie of the Week back on September, is coming off a seven-goal performance against Navy. Senior Jack Burghardt, the reigning NWPC Most Valuable Player, continues to provide consistent-scoring in the post and recorded a hat trick in Harvard's near comeback at No. 6 UC Davis. The Crimson have employed a platoon in goal through the first three weekends with first-year Jonas Ransford and senior Oliver Price sharing the duties in the cage.

Bruno Invite
The Bruno Invite spans Saturday and Sunday in Providence with Harvard playing both of its games on Saturday. All games will be streamed on ESPN+ with live stats available on 6-8 Scoring. Harvard has played in Brown's Harvard Bruno Classic every opening weekend going back to 2015, but this will be its first appearance in the Bruno Invite. Last season, the Crimson went 2-1 in Providence with two wins over the Bears.
