CAMBIRDGE, Mass. - Harvard Women's Squash completed another strong season in 2025–26, finishing with a 9-4 overall record while remaining in the top five of the national rankings throughout the season. The team combined experienced leadership with contributions throughout the lineup and continued the program's tradition of competing at a high level in both Ivy League and national competition.
Harvard opened the season with decisive wins over Dartmouth and Virginia before adding additional Ivy League victories against Columbia and Cornell. The team built momentum early in the year with strong performances across the lineup and consistent play throughout the opening stretch of the schedule. One of the highlights of the season came during Harvard's matches against nationally ranked opponents Stanford and Trinity. The team earned a 6–3 win over No. 3 Stanford and followed it with a 7–2 victory against No. 5 Trinity in two of the team's signature victories of the campaign.
In Ivy League play, Harvard added another strong result with a 9-0 win over Yale and continued through a competitive conference schedule that included challenging matches against Penn and Princeton. Throughout the season, the team consistently competed against some of the strongest programs in the country while continuing to improve and grow together.Harvard advanced to postseason competition at both the Ivy League Tournament and the CSA National Team Championships. At the inaugural Ivy League Tournament, the team played a closely contested semifinal against Penn, that ended in a narrow defeat. The team later competed at Nationals, concluding another competitive season as a national semifinalist.
The season also marked the conclusion of the collegiate careers of the team's seniors, whose leadership and contributions helped shape the program throughout the season. Senior co-captain Saran Nghiem was honored with the CSA Betty Richey Award, a First Team All-America selection and a spot on the All-Ivy League Second Team. Co-captain and senior Molly Stoltz was named the team's Academic All-Ivy recipient after leading the Crimson on and off the courts in 2025-26. Sophomore Caroline Fouts and Junior Lucie Stefanoni each posted strong records this season to earn spots on the All-Ivy League First Team and the CSA All-America First Team. Fouts also impressed at the CSA Individual National Championships, advancing all the way to the Ramsay Cup Final, where she would finish at the National Runner Up after a competitive match in the Championship match.
The 2025–26 season reflected the team's commitment, competitiveness, and continued growth throughout the year. With strong performances across the schedule and valuable experience gained throughout the season, Harvard Women's Squash continues to build toward the future.
